ProAct Fumigation · NSPM-22 accredited
Phosphine fumigation of stored commodities for warehouses, CAP storage, silos and export containers across Karnataka. Gas-tight sealing, accurate dosage and monitored exposure on every job.
Trusted by leading warehousing & commodity firms
We fumigate with one gas only: phosphine, released from aluminium phosphide. It spreads through bags, bulk grain, cracks and crevices and kills every life stage of the pest, including the eggs and larvae hidden inside the grain.
Phosphine fumigation
Bagged stacks sealed under gas-proof covers with sand snakes along the base, then dosed by stack volume, commodity and temperature.
Fumigation of cover-and-plinth (CAP) stacks in the open, with extra care on cover condition and edge sealing.
NSPM-22 compliant treatment of sealed silos and bulk grain, with gas readings through the exposure period.
Phosphine fumigation of containers and export consignments, with the fumigation record your export paperwork needs.
Warehouse protection
Scheduled spraying of empty godowns, stack surfaces and gangways to stop cross-infestation between lots.
Mapped bait stations, regular checks and an activity log to protect bags, wiring and stock in your warehouse.
Why it matters
Every grain we protect is food that reaches a plate.
Insects in storage eat away weight, quality and market value long before the damage shows. Timely phosphine fumigation stops those losses at the source.
The same discipline we bring to fumigation, applied to homes, kitchens, offices and industrial sites. Every visit uses CIB&RC registered products and ends with a service report.
Gel baiting in kitchens, drains and cracks where cockroaches hide, backed by a targeted spray.
Gel baits inside and a barrier treatment outside, so the colony is reached, not just the trail.
A two-visit programme that treats mattresses, furniture joints and the eggs that hatch after the first visit.
Treatment of floors, bedding and outdoor areas, including the spots pets rest in.
Treatment of soft furnishings, stores and damp corners where mites build up.
Dust and residual spray in record rooms, wardrobes and damp storage where silverfish feed on paper and fabric.
Pre-construction soil treatment for new buildings and drill-and-inject treatment for existing ones.
Injection and surface treatment of furniture, doors and timber to stop beetle larvae tunnelling inside.
Mapped bait stations and traps, entry-point proofing and a log of activity at every visit.
Breeding-site treatment and residual spraying of walls and resting spots, with fogging for outdoor areas.
Treatment of breeding sites such as drains and waste areas, plus fast-acting sprays for kitchens and loading bays.
Low-toxicity products and non-chemical methods for sensitive spaces like kitchens, schools and hospitals.
For businesses
One contract covers every pest on your premises, on a fixed visit schedule. Built for sites that face food-safety or health audits.
Every visit
Trained technicians. Full protective gear.
Our team arrives equipped with suits, gloves and masks, uses CIB&RC registered products at label rates and leaves your premises safe to use.
Every space has its own pests, rules and working hours. We plan each treatment around how your place is actually used.
Also: warehouses, factories, food processing units, feed mills and housing societies.
Every pest control job follows the same four steps, whether it is one kitchen or a whole factory.
We find the pest, how bad it is, where it hides and how it gets in.
You get a written plan: treatment method, number of visits, precautions and price.
Trained technicians treat with CIB&RC registered products, using gel baits and targeted methods first.
A service report after the visit, follow-up visits where the treatment needs them, and advice to keep pests out.
We tell you exactly how long to keep children, pets and staff away from treated areas.
Food-handling areas are covered or cleared first, and treated with methods suited to kitchens.
Visits can be planned before opening, after closing or on holidays.
Every stack, silo or container goes through the same five steps under NSPM-22, with a record kept at each one.
We inspect the stack or silo, identify the pest, check the cover condition and measure the volume to be treated.
Dosage is worked out from volume, commodity and temperature, and shared with you in a written quotation.
Gas-proof covers, sand snakes along the base and leak checks keep the gas in. Danger signs go up around the stack.
The stack stays sealed for the full exposure period, usually 5 to 7 days or more, with phosphine readings taken through it.
Covers come off, the stack is aired and gas-checked, and you receive the dosage sheet, gas log and signed completion note.
Moisture, warmth and long storage periods make stored grain a target. We identify the pest first, because the right treatment depends on what is in your stack.

Phosphine is highly toxic to people as well as insects. Safety decides how every job is planned, run and closed.
Only trained, certified crew handle aluminium phosphide, under a supervisor on every job.
Gas masks with the right canisters, gloves and protective clothing during dosing and aeration.
Warning signs and a cordon around the fumigated stack, with your site team briefed on what to avoid.
Phosphine levels are checked around the stack during exposure and before anyone goes back near it.
The grey powder left after the tablets react is collected and disposed of as the label directs.
The stack is handed back only after aeration and a gas check, recorded in the completion note.
Yes. When aluminium phosphide is used at label dose and the stack is properly aired afterwards, the gas leaves the grain and no harmful residue remains. The grain's look, smell and taste do not change.
The stack usually stays sealed for 5 to 7 days or more, depending on temperature, followed by aeration before handover. We give you the exact schedule in the quotation.
No. ProAct works only with phosphine (aluminium phosphide), following NSPM-22, the Indian standard for phosphine fumigation.
No one should go near the fumigated stack until we clear it. It is cordoned off with danger signs. Whether other parts of the warehouse can stay in use depends on the layout; we will tell you during the inspection.
Usually because the cover leaked, the dose was too low or the stack was opened too early. Some insects then survive and breed. Gas-tight sealing, correct dosage, full exposure time and monitoring prevent this.
A dosage sheet, the gas monitoring log, an inspection report and a signed completion note for your records and audits.
We use CIB&RC registered products at label rates, choose gel baits and targeted treatments where possible, and tell you exactly how long to keep children and pets away from treated areas.
Yes. Our annual maintenance contracts cover scheduled visits, a report after every visit and records ready for FSSAI and customer audits.
It depends on the treatment. Gel baiting needs almost no time away; sprayed areas should stay empty until surfaces are dry. We tell you the exact time on the day.
